Solstice & Equinox Celebrations - Hadleigh Iron Age Roundhouse
Fun celebrations of the seasons of the year, with drumming & meditation, around a fire-pit in the wonderful replica iron age Roundhouse in Hadleigh Country Park.
Come and join in - no experience needed, but bring a drum, bells, tambourines, or anything else that will help make a good noise!
The Roundhouse is off Chapel Lane, which is off the A13 in Hadleigh - just follow the brown road signs marked "Country Park.
We ask for a donation (no more than £5) to help cover the cost of hiring the Roundhouse; there is also a £2 car parking fee in the Country Park.

Monthly Shamanic Circle - Rainbow Rooms, Rayleigh
First Thursday of each month (usually, but this may change so please check for details of the next session) - 7.15-9.30pm.
£10 per session.
A chance to get together with like-minded people to learn and practise shamanic techniques, as well as honing your drumming skills through free-form sessions and explorations of shamanic drumming.
Bring a drum if you have one, as there are only a few spare.
No experience necessary!

Venue: Rainbow Rooms, 1st Floor, 8-14 High Street, Rayleigh SS6 7EF.
Access to the Rainbow Rooms is through Berry's Arcade. Enter via the eastern end of the Arcade (High Street side, opposite the Pink Toothbrush nightclub) and the door to the upper floors is on the left-hand side. Go up the stairs and take the second door on the left - there is a notice on the door saying "Rainbow Rooms".
If you need help in getting to the venue there may be spaces available in cars. Please get in touch if you need help with this or any other information.
