The Earth Sky Meditation Course        with Dawn Lister

Dawn is a yoga and meditation teacher of twenty years standing. She has practised various forms of meditation since childhood and her experience is wide and comprehensive.  Dawn studied Christianity as a child and then explored and studied nature, paganism and shamanic traditions in her teens and early twenties.  She has spent the last twenty years influenced by her Buddhist faith.  The meditations she teaches are based on the Buddhist and Yogic traditions.

The Course

The course consists of 4 half-day "workshop style" events and will culminate in an optional retreat weekend held in the gorgeous Abbey at Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

On the course you will work on making meditation a useful and practical part of your daily life.  You will learn how to be present, let go of stress, develop a compassionate heart and find peace in all situations.  You will also explore working with the energetic systems of the body including chakra work, guides and healing.

Whilst the retreat is optional, it will consolidate the previous teachings and everyone will greatly benefit from attending.
