Back from Italy!
Back from our wonderful Italian retreat now - thank you to everyone who joined us, for making it so special. Photos are up on the website today. Looking forward to our weekend in Suffolk on 12th-14th November, and hope to see you at our Autumn Equinox drumming celebration on 19th September. Pete x
Summer Retreat in Umbria
Looking forward to our summer 2010 retreat in Umbria - not long now!!
Most of us will, we hope, meet up at the weekend so that at least people will recognise each other at the airport! I'm sure it'll be a wonderful week of yoga, meditation, treatments, relaxation and peace.

Spring Retreat, 5th-7th March 2010
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Potash Barns last weekend for our Spring Retreat. We were lucky with the weather - a beautiful sunset on Friday night, and lovely blue big Suffolk skies; although it was so cold, the job of keeping the fire going became essential! For me, the weekend was great from start to finish - and that was down to a wonderful group of people who were happy to eat their breakfast in mindful silence, to try new yoga postures and new therapies, to bring out their hidden drumming skills on Saturday night, and generally to enjoy one another's company and create a really chilled, happy atmosphere. …
