Spring Equinox Celebration 2010
Nearly 40 of us got together for our Spring Equinox celebration in the Iron Age Roundhouse, Hadleigh Country Park, on 21 March 2010.
We returned to the Potash Barns for our Spring Retreat at the beginning of March. A dozen of us spent a fantastic weekend together, working on mindfulness, yoga, meditation and drumming, with a range of therapies to support us as well as delicious food and good company!

Our Winter Solstice celebration was held in the Iron Age Roundhouse, Hadleigh Country Park, on 20 December. Fun, food, drumming and making music around a fire-pit, with snow all around! 30 or so of us had a wonderful time.
Our Autumn 2009 weekend retreat was in the lovely Potash Barns, near Brundish in Suffolk.
Our summer 2009 retreat was in Capendu, near Carcassonne in the south of France. A dozen guests spent a week of relaxation, meditation, yoga, therapies, healing, good food and good company!
